They have a resident saddle fitter so if you're not sure of the best saddle for your horse they can arrange for a fitting.
I have also used them for rug cleaning, rug repair and for leather repair. I had an antique foot stool which had some leather work across the top which was in desparate need of repair, their leather repair man did an excellent job for a very reasonable cost.
