Todays experience with them is the last time I will use them because I just found out they couldnt add my rank as they didnt have a backing! Theyve had my uniform for about a month! They said they didnt ring me as they didnt take my number, even though I remember writing it down and even if they didnt have my number, they could have contacted my unit, who would have passed the message onto me.
I have to do a 120 mile round trip for nothing!
