Asked the lady to look for 2 parcels and was only given 1 after I had to point out which was mine. Asked again to check for the second parcel and was told that she had checked and they didnt have it.
Not calling anyone a liar but I stood and watched her not be able to locate the first parcel without my help so Im not sure the check was thorough.
I wont be using this shop again if I can help itI look forward to the reply .
