Brought my 6m old dachshund in for a walk in nail clip and the lady was brilliant. My dog was very nervous but she was great with him. Certainly recommend

Wonderful lady. She was brilliant with my staffie. And Molly ( dog) was happy with her. Molly wouldn't want to walk past the shop if she was in the slightest bit unhappy about them. Thank you. Ps she is due another bath.

I can personally recommend LAC Groomers and cannot rate Charlene highly enough. Her kindness, patience and knowledge is second to none. During our dog Ellies first visit to LAC Groomers it became apparent very quickly that Ellie was absolutely petrified of the bath and pretty much everything else. Ellie has been to other groomers in the past but we had never informed of Ellies fears. Charlenes passion, experience and genuine love and care for the dogs who come to see her shines through hugely and she devoted her time and energy to helping Ellie work through her anxieties. Charlenes encouragement and support really helped not only Ellie but also me too! I cannot thank her enough for that. As a long haired German Shepherd Ellie does require a fair amount of grooming and after her groom with Charlene I have never seen her looking so beautiful!!!! She got so many compliments. The salon is spotless and a really lovely space with such a welcoming vibe. Its located conveniently close to free parking. Ellie had her groom in December last year and we all absolutely loved her Christmas bow tie that Charlene gave her, which was such a thoughtful touch. For us, all of these things set Charlene apart from the rest and LAC groomers is honestly the best groomer we have ever used.
