Oxley care has been helping my mother for a long time. The office is efficient, reliable and kind and the carers have all been kind and efficient too! They make every effort to fit in with my mother's wishes and needs, and are always cheerful and helpful, making her life as positive as possible. Oxley have been so much better than any of the other agencies we have tried, and we were so grateful to be their clients during the pandemic. We recommend them wholeheartedly.

OxleyCare provide 24 hour care to two members of my family. The carers have been fantastic and have become friends to my Mum and Aunt and to the rest of the family. When carers have needed to change, Oxley have managed this seamlessly and provided plenty of time for an effective change over. Oxley are flexible, supportive and focused on the wellbeing of my Mum and Aunt. I would recommend them unconditionally.

Oxley Care have been providing live in care for my Dad for almost 3 years now, he has dementia and suffers with high levels of anxiety. Oxley have been brilliant from the start professional, helpful, understanding at all times. When looking for live in care, I was drawn to Oxley initially as they employ their carers they are not just an agent. The carers they employ have been really good, experienced, highly trained and most of all, caring. The benefit of live in care has really come into its own through the pandemic I have been able to continue to see Dad, albeit from the garden gate and although he struggled to understand the isolation, at least he has had someone with him throughout. I am so glad I chose Oxley Care and will always be grateful for how much they have helped us as a family.
