Firstly a 5 week wait for delivery which wasn't made clear when placing the order. Ordered a flat pack national hive for self assembly. Joinery and timber of very poor quality and absolutely not as advertised on their site. Upon sending an email with pictures and my complaints I received a sarcastic and rude response (apparently my bees were expecting a Louis the 14th piece with ebony inlay) The suggestion was I return the hive for a full refund. I did so and was refunded the purchase price but they have to date refused to refund the courier costs of nearly 30.
There are genuine companies out there who are interested in providing a quality service. This is not one of them. Avoid at all costs.
