Have stayed twice before and had been looking forward to visiting again at the end of November. Arrived at 4pm to be told no record of booking as new Manager since August and we had booked prior to this and were told that the previous Manager had left no details. No apology or help given to find alternative accommodation and where kept waiting 20 minutes while members of staff had argument about it which we heard. Therefore can't comment on property this time so you may have a lovely time. Just double check before travelling that there is a booking if use website.
