Rubbish dont send what you want then wont collect and refund terrible company

I bought an item which clearly stated available on the website, after a couple of days with no corresponding I contacted the number I found on Facebook a lady named Jessica who informed me she was not in the shop at that moment but knew right away what and which item I was referring to stating she was able to offer an alternative item I declined to which she said let me send you what it is when Im back at the office and then decide few hours later I received an email with proposed item to which I declined asking her to send me a full refund off over 200 this was the start of Feb, Jessica emailed me a credit not again I contacted them to inform them I want a refund not a credit not as they did not have the item they claimed to have in stock a credit not would be of no benefit to me for their store, she said u need to wait 7-10 days for it to change to refund into your account that this is how they work it! We r now over 20 days and no money, I have now contacted trading standards and the bank to request the investigate feud! As they stopped responding after my 1st email also they asked we contact via text message which I found a little odd, AVOID AT ALL COST

I asked for a price on an indicator as the rear right had snapped on my Aeon Cobra as well as a few other small parts of which they couldn't get through lead time. At the time Royal mail were on strike so the lead time was 3 weeks. So I supplied them with some indicators and they had to get a new relay to make these work. This was now into 4 weeks. I asked for a price for the work and it was 229. Another week had past with no update or consultation about further works i was still under the impression it would be the original price of 229. After 4 hours labour of fault finding bare in mind this is an indicator and a relay it was ready. The invoice was 469 Inc vat. Jess did say it had gone up a bit. WOW, anyway I go to collect the quad with no fuel in and now the speedometer doesn't work either. They did however deliver it back for free.thank you! Awful customer service and absolutely no consultation or discussion about amendments in costs. Plus they said they don't stock or sell my quad anymore well your website says different.
