Man With Van Can...

THEY PRICED ME FOR ONE JOURNEY SAYING ALL WOULD FIT IN, BUT IT DIDN'T SO I HAD TO PAY FOR ANOTHER ONE AS WELL, THIS RESULTED IN THEM DOING ANOTHER REMOVAL IN BETWEEN MINE & SO AFTER ARRIVING AT 8.30 AM WE DIDN'T MOVE OUT UNTIL 3PM! ON OPENING THE VAN DOOR, SOME ITEMS WERE NOT SECURED BUT SCATTERED AROUND THE FLOOR. THEY SAID I HAD TO PAY FOR 4 STORAGE UNITS, BUT I MANAGED TO GET THEM INTO JUST 3?

They broke multiple items of mine, and my families, didnt even move all of our stuff, had to go back, and took an hour 1/2 to do so, because whilst in the middle of doing our job, they went and did another, which wasn't even the entire problem. Even though it was extremely unprofessional.. The problem I had was that when I went to complain, and make note to their customer service about items breaking, and lack of professionalism, they threatened to take me to court over it, and called me and my family names. We even tipped them way more than the quote given. You should be open to criticism, and not be threatening your costumers over it. Disgusting company.
