Well.... When my car was delivered, I had a few issues, including the heat shield and exhaust manifold rattling the car to death. The 100+ checks that are supposed to be done prior to purchase (as an AA approved dealership) were none existent, as the tyres read, 10 psi, 20 psi, 22 psi and 21 psi. The oil was at the minimum level and their was no cap on the windscreen washer bottle? The car made some horrendous noises especially with a full turn of the steering wheel. I had to sort out getting the car back to the place of purchase at cost to myself as it needed work, all whilst I had covid. All this for a 5000 car. The timing belt was apparently changed as requested by myself but I have trust issues with this place. The only plus side to this business was Brian who was a likeable fella.

Came to view a car for sale from here a few week ago now, Brian seemed like a decent laid back bloke who gave me the keys and left me to look around and take the car for a drive, I did like the car but it wasn't perfect as it did have cosmetic damage and a few niggley bits that needed sorting plus it was in desperate need of a valet! I told Brian i did like the car but it wasn't perfect and then told him what needed sorting, he wrote everything down that I mentioned and promised he would sort everything for me plus give it an oil and filter change and get the car cleaned ready for collection the following Saturday, and I must say Brian is a man of his word... everything was sorted that we spoke about and nothing was too much for him to sort, I've had the car about 3 weeks now I think and I love it! Thank you very much.. it was a pleasure! Would defiantly recommend

Been to look at one of Brian's cars this morning and what can I say, a true gentleman,gave me the keys and left me to it,no pushy sales and was very honest about the car I looked at. I'm going back once the car has been valeted to have another look. But regardless of wether I buy the car or not ,Brian i would definitely have no issues buying from. Regards Paul.
