Long journey to collect my new car and was really pleased with the whole experience. I received excellent customer service as I had to phone a couple of times to check collection times and specs about the vehicle. When I arrived I was offered refreshments, talked through everything and definitely had service with a smile. The car was accurately described and photographed, and i'm over the moon with my new vehicle :) It really shows they care about the business and give excellent customer service! Well worth the 300 odd mile journey!

I called into this garage randomly as I had spent 2 months trawling autotrader looking for a replacement for my caravan towing car. I spotted a good deal and went for a test drive. I then put my deposit down, got my part ex value and agreed to collect and pay the balance in a few days. As you would expect, I dropped off my part ex, paid and collected my new car. All of that is just a process, and as a car buyer it was all standard and straightforward. BUT, and here is the difference, the team made the process absolutely wonderful. Nothing was too much for them, from respraying a worn chrome part, to fitting the correct electrical socket for my caravan. They are friendly, knowledgeable, respectful, charming and witty. It turns out I had a problem with the car, I called them as soon as they were open and within 2 hours the car had been collected by the owner and taken for repair. 48 hours later and it was delivered back to me fully functioning and with the assurance that I would have no further issues. I do have another car, and I use a main brand dealership and have done for 15 years. I have to say in that time, I have never received such exemplary service and accountability for issues from that UK group at all. I would recommend these guys all day. Even if you know what you want, and they don't have it, I have a feeling that they would assist you with your quest. Thank you so much all of you and I'll see you next year for an MOT.
