Disgraceful parcel collection point. If I could give it 0 stars I would. My item was delivered and I have photographic proof. I was told we dont have it my tracking and photographs say its sat on their shop floor. Nobody scanned it to say theyve ever had it. After many phone calls to find it. They said its with Evri. This is untrue. What has actually happened and it took me 8 days to find out is that they gave it to Yodel. The complete wrong company and there is now no record of it anymore. I have been dealing with James retail who gt news is part of their chain who have accepted no responsibility even though theyve given it to the wrong company blaming them when Im sorry gt news this is totally your fault. Needless to say I want my parcel which I will probably never see due to their extremely poor service. I will never be using this store after this and I would urge people with parcels to use other shops, their customer care at their head office and attitude stinks with numerous non call backs and when they gave it to the wrong courier which should have never even left the premises which they did at least acknowledge in their store. This is totally a fault of this store. Not good.
