        The only reason Im reviewing and rated them 5 stars is the fact I spoke to a lovely lady on reception yesterday called Sarah and she was the nicest most helpful person Ive ever spoke to on a doctors reception in years! Very professional and very helpful a credit to the surgery

        Can't praise them enough. Called this afternoon as I have an insect bite that is infected. Receptionist was so helpful, I sent in some pictures, within a couple of hours a nurse called me, prescribed me antibiotics and I picked them up from Lloyds an hour later. Thank you. Amazing service.

        Awful experience last friday.Took my elderly mum to an appt which she wasnt able to get to on her own. Got there to be told appt not happening and we should have been advised. Have complained waiting for response.
