attitude is absolutely disgusting. doesnt care for the customers, the coach what a family member was on they said the seats smelt of urine it made them very poorly would recommend the whole coach a deep clean, its took so much for me to post this but I think everyone needs to know I am not from Scotland! And it is Sheils coaches. all Im saying is get it deep cleaned your coach smelt if you cared about your customers that much you would of took my feedback into consideration instead of been rude like you are doing now. Had a fantastic trip with Shiels Coaches to Lincoln Christmas Market in December. Booked on the off chance more than anything, but was well worth the money. I paid just 15 for my ticket and had a full day in Lincoln. The coach was clean, on time and (most importantly) staff with people who actually cared about those on the trip. Everyone was welcomed on board at their pick up point, and wished a good day upon arrival at Lincoln. A particularly simple but effective solution to the problem of getting everyone back on time was that all passengers were given a slip of paper which stated the pick up point, times and the drivers phone number should there be any issues making it back. I've included a photo of this slip, but blanked out the phone number for obvious reasons. All in all a very professional operation. The family clearly care about their business and most importantly care about their customers. Would definitely recommend to others.
