Very poor experience when purchasing a car from Mark Lilly/Motors 4 u, no aftercare, sold with false promises and advertising around guarantee. Patronising responses via email and car in poor condition. I drove 3 hours to collect and viewed in a small time frame (on me) one headlight was out, damage to the wing mirror and interior damage not disclosed. Once i got home no one replied the sales person disappeared off of the face of the earth. Would NEVER buy from here again!

Awful customer service and dreadful experience. Had to go back three times to collect the car because it wasn't cleaned. The first time we were told it was ready to collect I actually wiped my hand along the roof and the dash and showed it to the rep covered in mud and dust. He later admitted he hadn't bothered checking it had actually been cleaned. Even after it was finally delivered it was still dirty with rubbish in the side doors (an old parking ticket and mud and leaves). The car was dropped off to us as a favour so we didn't have to go back again to collect it. It apparently took an hour to drive the 15mins between our house and the garage and when speaking to a rep at the garage to find out where he was as it made me late for a meeting she first lied, blaming traffic, then concluded by saying "well that's just how it is and I can't do anything about your meeting". The rep promised to come back to me to offer compensation for the dirty car and - unsurprisingly - I never heard from them again. Take the money and run type place! We will look elsewhere for our next car and I certainly would not recommend.

After buying my car from MarkLilly I left very pleased after the enjoyable experience and excellent customer assistance. Scott actively guided me from the very beginning to the end of the sale and I now am very happy with my hatchback! Highly recommend!!
