        Parking now by app so no machines. Sign says can buy parking in station. Ticket Office now closed (permanently?) and main ticket machine broken. So couldn't collect prepaid tickets...You couldn't make up this level of incompetence

        Never seem to be any staff there but the machine has rarely broken for me. Plenty of parking and a lovely location! Last year it had a much needed revamp and now has sheltered seating and departure speakers

        A rather basic but convenient station, recently had an updated ticket collection machine installed and the ticket office is manned 6:00 - 12:00 on weekdays. I used one of the ticket machines to pay for my parking and it was very temperamental with the coins; kept rejecting some of my 1 and 2 coins and other change. Platform 1 is on the other side of the station whereas platform 2 is the first one you step on to - a bit odd; as I would've assumed it would be the other way around.
