Recommended by a friend and glad we stopped by for some lunch prior to heading to Bedgebury. Very tasty smoked salmon & cream cheese bagel - and great coffee too. And on overhearing I would pop back after the walk for a quiche to take home, they offered to put one away for me as they sell out (which had happened when we came back!). Will visit again when next in the area. Thanks.

Staff beyond rude. Need training in customer service. No smile. No manners No personality. I was left shocked, I felt that if it was a secret shopper the lady (who thought way too much of herself for shop staff absolutely delusional in putting herself above the customer, which is so wrong when youre serving others as a job title) would have been sacked. Recommend owner sends secret customer in, identifies her and gets this women some support with being approachable and half decent at serving customers.

Beautifully presented shop with really friendly and attentive staff. Delicious foods esp hot smoked chicken and salmon (would recommend!). Wide selection of quality British produce. Highly recommend

I've now tried 2 products, smoke salmon pate, and smoked venison both of which claim to have low salt content which is very questionable because all you can tatse is intense salt. Had to bin them both as they were completely inedible. What makes it worse is the packaging states "Fine Food Experience" yet the ingredients contain E- numbers. Won't buy again. Horrible stuff.
