James Lee Associates Tax Advice

Ive been a client of James Lee Associates since 2008. During that time James and Daniel have delivered a professional and personal tax advice ranging from general advice to complex property matters and tax returns. Over the past 18 months following my parents sudden deaths - they have dealt with the complex and drawn out double inheritance tax matters and estate administration I felt unable to deal with whilst grieving. Throughout the client relationship all communications have been transparent and informative. They kept me notified every step of the way as well as being sensitive during this particular time. Very professional, helpful and reliable service. I am always able to get through on the phone to James and/or Daniel which is such a positive experience compared to big institutions where you are put on hold for ages and have to go through numerous call options. Both are very happy to answer my ad hoc queries as and when they arise which I appreciate. A great all round service which I will continue to use!
