Whilst on route to a post Christmas, pre new year trip ... disaster struck! Our caravan jockey wheel clamp handle broke resulting in a nightmare situation of unmoaevbiltiy off the towbar. Camscenter were outstanding! We called in the hope theyd be open over Christmas and by pure chance the owner was there, having just popped in to sort a few bits. Out of the goodness of his heart he waited for us to arrive and with a patient, knowledgeable manner he rethreaded the handle and within 5 minutes our seemingly short lived Christmas break was back on the road again! Amazing service and a real hidden gem! Merry Christmas :)
