I have given him the benefit of the doubt by messaging him first before leaving a review as just wanted an apology or explaining himself but here goes no reply which means to me that he does not care about his customers temporarily fixed a problem sold me a motor that did not work.properly as told by a British gas engineer once he fitted my new boiler so moral of the story don't go to someone unless you either know them or go to a legitimate company like I did Service: Water heater repair

Very friendly, plain speaking and helpful plumber who put himself out to unblock our loo after some plastic had been flushed down it. This was more than usually urgent as a very elderly man lives here who cannot easily go elsewhere to visit loo as he requires a chair lift to get upstairs. He explained methods of self help in such a situation, which he did not have to do, and also presented other information which desplayed his honesty, as others may have withheld it to cash in.
