Where to start They have their manager climb onto the roof of the food storage to fix our sewage pipe. There's holes in the roof of the food storage which means human waste has leaked into where they store the bread and milk you buy. Their idea of cleaning this is a bucket of cold bleach water doused over the roof. They have never cleaned the human waste that is down the walls, in the gutters and pooled next to the food storage area at the back (You can see for yourself, just look through the gates) There's also a toilet filled with backed up human waste that the Harinder hasn't fixed for 2 weeks also. The human waste at the back is over a month old too. If he wishes to dispute this review, feel free, i have all the photo evidence. His manager has actively verbally abused my room mate when they went for post because the sewage pipe he duct taped together kept falling apart and tried to say us "Wiggling on the toilet" had caused it and that he'd seen us do it (It's physically impossible to view us on the toilet from where he stands unless he's got a hidden camera in the bathroom and would like to admit to a crime) and his fix was to wedge 2 pieces of rotting wood under them and a store clerk has threatened to make my roommate pay for any liquor bottles the clerk knocks over while getting our meter readings. So shop here if you want but know that your food that you're buying is sat right next to a pool of human waste, has had human waste in the store room and the staff bar 1 member, are nothing but belligerent and the cherry on top, rather than sending a clerk up to let us know that the bath drain pipe is leaking they sent a CUSTOMER to our door to tell us instead... Do not shop here, do not rent above here.

the shop owner decided it was a good idea to try and demand I ignore my letting agency as well as proper protocol and go straight to them for 'repairs' to the pipe that hung over their storage room roof. They also tried insisting it was me & my roommate's fault for the broken pipe telling me they've 'seen the pipe wiggling around when we're on the toilet while he's 'doing the repairs'. So... You admitted that you and your brother are working together to cut costs, the shoddy repairs that broke three times (he used duct tape, that's not a repair) was the shop owner's doing and not a legally contracted repair man, and lied considering the repairs were done so early neither me or my roommate were even up yet. Also, admitted to stalking! Who the hell watches people on the toilet? The karen behind the front desk wasn't pleasant either, and demanded I get my mail sent elsewhere as though I haven't been trying to do exactly that since I moved into Flat B above the store. also btw the shop owner is selling cider with rotton labels and human waste is leaking through the roof of their storage room so... Avoid at all cost.

Chris the lady from this store-the absolutely incredible lady who is such a wonderfully kind hearted and generous person & the only person that would help me.she went to such extraordinary lengths to assist me when a whole list of the 'people',whose actual chosen job in life was to supposedly ensure that we mere mortals didn't suffer from the problems with which they ultimately caused by their apathy & complete lack of ability,or care or of competence...and don't get me started on their inabilities to feel ANY compassion or empathy. Well I just cannot thank Chris enough for the fact that she has all these marvellously positive human traits in spades.the degree with which she freely & gladly offered & gave her generosity to me can only be admired.i'm struggling to find the words to describe the true quality of this woman.She was rushed off her feet at time.it appeared as if a worse moment I couldn't have chosen,but she whipped through any waiting customers whilst at the same time trying to put my world to rights.unable to solve the problem immediately she told me that if I was still in the same position after I had tried other possible options that I must go back & she would again attempt to solve my seemingly forlorn situation. Chris was as good as her word aswell.a couple of hours later and no further forward I did have to go back & ask for help-but like a dog with a bone,she would not let it go lol & I do mean this in the nicest possible way.even again with a constant stream of customers she let no one stand waiting,she was lovely with everyone(& you could see the affection & high esteem her customers appear to hold her in too).the woman is wonderful. Thank you so much Chris,I reckon I'd probably still be living in the dark and cold still,if not for you
