        Joined this week and best thing Ive done the equipment in the gym is high tech and the classes are brilliant Im hurting in places I didnt even know I could the staff are amazing and all instructors are very welcoming and friendly been here now over a year finally braved myself to the big boy weight n love it staff here are still amazing and welcoming n ppl who train here are just as nice I came here with a chunky mum body n still have a mum bod just a little less chunky Just go for it wish I did a lot sooner
