The one star is so I could comment ,i made a complaint about a bet I dispute a while ago ,its been a month when i call I get the same response you get a call within 48 hour ,iv not received one call back ,iv had no message back either ,although I did get a visit from police when I sent them a message saying I was going to stand out side one of the betting shops and protest ,so obviously they see and know about but just don't bother responding ,its a joke of a betting shop and the customer service is even more of a joke
