The service from Liz has been fantastic. Shes helped me over the last couple of weeks to locate a missing order and has been friendly and helpful every time Ive spoken to her. P&L will be my first choice for any parts I need going forward.

The owner (Liz) is extremely rude and arrogant Ive never heard someone speak so badly to my grandparents, as busy as you may be you always should find the time to respect youre customers. When you just want to talk to her on the phone, she acts as though she has no time for this and just wants you to go and do it yourself on the website. The website is just appalling no other word for it, and in regards to shipping, Ive never known it take more than a week for a fan belt to arrive. I admit Im in Germany fair enough, but this is the first time Ive ordered something so small from England and it take more than a week to get here, especially when you pay 16 quid for shipping. So overall not a very good experience, which is a shame as Ive had many helpful ones before hand. But this last experience will be my last with them.

So I bought an mpi knowing I loved minis and that the one I bought needed some work. Spoke to Liz before buying and she gave me some advice. She really is incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. My car ended up needing a whole new front end (expected) and the sills replacing (not expected). The job was done by people who know and love minis. Their expertise cannot be easily found and the work was top. Paint was brilliant the welding was a work of art. Sadly for by back pocket... p and l has become the third place I spend most my time after home and work. Cannot recommend enough.
