After several stays over past few years, this place never fails to impress. Get a different apartment every time and each one blows me away with the standard, quality, accessories, decor, features, history and atmosphere. Unbelievable quality for the price tag and highly recommended. Looking forward to booking again in May.

Very disappointing experience having been coming to Thurnham Hall for over 10 years. We found mice had eaten through our food when we had to move rooms due to the poor quality room, our 10ft curtains fell ontop of us infront of hotel staff & bathroom was full of mould. Despite the concerns we were still told we had to pay a cleaning & upgrade fee which had no choice. In addition housekeeping was appalling as the property was dirty in both rooms, hairs on the bedding, nuts on floor (we dont even eat them!) The management response throughout these issues was non existent & when we escalated it, we were accused of being inappropriate. Incredibly shocking, exhausting and disappointing vacation.
