    One of the principles of a Authentic Leader that we identified in our book Putting the Heart back into Business is appreciation. So Id like to appreciate someone who has hugely helped us over the last 12 months. Natalie Carthew has been a key part of taking Heart in Business to the next stage. We have completed, published and launched our book, got really clear on what our offering is to businesses, re-developed our website, launched a members area on that website (for our training programme participants) and got organised. All of which we could not have done without Nat and her colleagues - thanks for leading us through this process and for all the things you did that we did not have the skill to do!

    I have always thought of myself as the antithesis of a sales person, and to be honest, I absolutely hated that part of my business; if I could have outsourced it, I would! But since joining Natalie's Supercharge Sales School AND attending live on nearly all the coaching calls, I've learned that sales is not the dirty word I used to think it was. It's just a conversation with intention. And I have lost my fear completely! Natalie is an amazing coach and teacher, full of ideas and hugely knowledgeable and experienced. And if any of us need help with setting up the tech side of our sales funnel, she steps in to show us how! If you fear sales, if you think you are rubbish at sales, then you need Natalie! I can't recommend her highly enough!

    Nat has done a fabulous job with the Love Sales Toolkit. I like the way the whole course is structured and the supporting templates are really helpful. This toolkit is helping me identify the missing components in my sales strategy. Even after 12 years in the online business industry, some of what I learnt were real eye openers. The toolkit has given me clarity on where I am in my sales process, what I should do more of and what I should do less. It's helping me fine tune my sales strategy so I don't really have to be working all the time. This is a brilliant training Nat has provided and it's totally worth investing in. I highly recommend this course for anyone looking to get a handle on sales.

    I've been privileged to get early access to Satnat's new sales training programme, which Nat has designed specifically for small coaching/mentoring/consultancy practices like mine. Nat knows why we hate "the sales process" - because we are uncomfortable with what we see as selling ourselves, rather than our services. She also knows that because of this, we tend to see the sales process as a bit of a "dark art", and that we'll tend to put it into the too difficult box - always promising ourselves that we'll come back to it later... So in creating the Love Sales Toolkit, Nat has created a logical, baby-steps walk through of the things we need to do to create a proper, workable sales process that is tailored to our needs and business. There are great worksheets for each stage in the process, and lots and lots of really valuable tried-and-tested templates and swipe files so you aren't left scratching your head and worrying about what to write. I couldn't recommend this programme highly enough - not only did it validate some of the stuff I was already doing, but it also solved a couple of major roadblocks I had with my process. If you want to grow your sales, but you lack the confidence to do it right, you are insane not to invest in this programme!
