        Review of 1 hour sports massage: Very thorough initial review of my current physical well-being, which informed the areas that would be treated. Lauren is clearly very knowledgeable and was able to accurately target the muscles and tendons that needed loosening. Whilst this was not what I would describe as a relaxing massage, the positive effects of this session have been noticeable in the intervening days and I felt the benefits of this massage during a recent football match. Lauren is very professional and friendly. Highly recommended; will do again.
