David repaired our Viessmann boiler and did a fantastic job. He explained the problem (in words that i could understand), talked through a number of options, carried out the work to our requirements, showed me photos of the work and broken parts, and then explained the outcome. His communication was excellent, he turned up as he promised and was polite throughout. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you David!
