Alicia is a brilliant teacher - very thoughtful and caring of the people in her classes. She is extremely adaptable with and injuries or joint problems and managed to make her classes both enjoyable and challenging.

AC Pilates classes are excellent - Alicia carefully and expertly plans with lots of variety, so there is no chance to get bored or complacent. She is calm, well prepared and knowledgeable, friendly and warm. Everything is explained clearly and expertly, and she encourages and challenges us all. She has helped me by targeting exercises to my specific problem spots and takes great personal care with each of us. I recommend her very highly, whether one-to-one, in person classes or on zoom. She's a fantastic teacher.

Alicia offers pilates in small groups so you get a really tailored experience. Her sessions are fun, sometimes challenging, but never defeating. She takes good care of you, and takes different participants problems into account during sessions. I can't recommend her enough. .

Alicia is an excellent instructor. She creates well considered classes and is able to give individual modifications as required, she has rebuilt my strength post natal. I really enjoy each class, they are challenging but excellently coordinated and taught with a warm smile.

Starting the sessions "Healthy Backs" with Alicia has been one of the best decisions I have made. I have a sedentary life, and the sessions made me realise how bad in shape I was. I've learned a lot about my body, and it feels so right to have a regular physical activity. This has now become a part of my life I want to keep and improve.
