        As per the many other reviews on here, my order was never delivered. I tried to contact them via phone, email, and web contact form the phone goes straight to BT Call Minder, the email address bounces back, and the web form won't send because 'I haven't ticked the box to agree to terms' (which I have)! I have now cancelled my order via the account section of their website.

        After ordering a twin pack of Drapolene @11.98 and receiving a confirmation email I only received i single Item. After phoning and emailing the site and receiving no communication from them I give them only one star and no recommendation.
