        This place used to be good but is now run by different people and is terrible. Poor hygiene and awful customer service. Last time I visited they made me wait 40 minutes after the start time of my pre-booked appointment with no apology or explanation, even though I'd purposefully booked the first appointment of the day. They rushed my treatment in half the time and still charged me full price. Today they charged me 10 just to remove gel polish from my hands and did a terrible job. Services: Manicure, Gel manicures

        The reason for giving 4 stars was I visited on a very cold and rainy day and I felt the salon was a bit cold and could have been warmer. Thank you Tim for an excellent manicure and pedicure. The salon is clean and they provided a very professional service. Would definitely reccommend visit. Bookings are by appointment only and although they prefer cash you can pay by bank transfer.
