Patient abused, humiliated and deprived of access to personal medical information by the Admin/Reception team. I have Experienced verbal abuse and violence by reception staff named Lorretta, this morning. She shouted to me on the call, harassed me repeatedly during the call, left me in tears. Reception Manager on duty, dismissed herself and her authority, blaming the Assistant Manager as responsable to deal with complaints. All seniors were absent at the Practice, according to the Reception Manager. Unacceptably poor performance and bad conduct from all members of staff, including the receptionist that had humiliated me in the morning, in the absence of the Practice Managers and Head Doctor.

I used my entire work break trying to get through them on the phone and they didn't pick up despite me being number 1 the entire time.
