        Moving house is never easy or stress free, but Harry, Tim and the team were by our side throughout. They were so professional and responsive, got people through the door before wed even gone live and we went to sealed bids (50k over asking!) within a week. Sadly those buyers pulled out as a result of the Truss/Kwarteng budget which put the housing mark in a spin, but the KFH team worked so hard to find us a new asking price offer and Harry adeptly managed the sale all the way through to completion. I think the branch model really works to KFHs advantage as West Dulwich were reaching out to their Streatham/Clapham/Brixton colleagues to find potential clients, which we wouldnt have got if wed chosen a franchise model like Winkworth or a stand alone agent. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.
