I only put 1 star because 0 star option is not available. I went for advice on something (I wanted to know if it was possible and if so I would go through with the solicitor to help me) now I was told I would be charged 120 quid (I dont know how such unprofessional people are lawyers) to tell me if there was an option or not. Just to clarify. They was a chance that if I payed I could go to the lawyer and he would tell me its impossible to do what you want and I would come away with nothing. Absolutely appalling the service. Do not go here. Office totally unorganised. Just proves how easy it is to become a lawyer in this country.

1 star just so i could post a review.. but deserves 0 stars at all. What an Absolute RIDICULOUS JOKE OF A PLACE!!! save your money/time / or legal aid and go somewhere where they are actually solicitors who know Law. And the false advertising of legal aid just so they can be on the National Solicitors website is ridiculous and they should be done for fraud. And the person who answers the phone sounded like 9 year old and had an attitude. ..that alone is the first warning sign. Legal matters are NO JOKE. So again for the people in the back. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!! Don't say I didn't warn you!

Customer service is terrible. No manners and throughout the whole conversation he was rushing me like he had something else better to do. I definitely wouldnt recommend them.
