        I would like to commend the staff at this branch. My dad David Jordan sadly passed away on the 22/02/22. From the moment that they took my dad into their care they were professional, dignified, compassionate and above all they were very respectful. The funeral director Darren was 100% with everything we required he was on hand with any questions we had and with any changes we wanted. The people who took care of Dad to dressing him, making sure he looked how we wanted was amazing. My dad went out in the manner he would of loved. They took care of every detail that we asked for and sent dad off in style. This team was immaculate in their suits and looked very smart. This was my first ever funeral arrangement and they made sure we were looked after in every step of the way, I would like to say on behalf of me, my sister and my Dad RIP a big massive thank you and I would highly recommend West Norwood.
