The most useless reception team

My family is registered with the Old Dairy Health Centre over 10 years now. I feel like the services much worsened over these years. The reception ladies are abrupt, hanging up the phone before one has a chance to finish the sentence. Reaching the doctor is practically impossible, via an online form or a phone call with following faceless and nameless replies over emails and online system. One can only manage to get a call from a doctor or an appointment if you know how to demand your own rights to be seen by the doctor. It is very frustrating to see this level of service, given half of the stuff has their children in the local Dulwich schools or/and work in medical centres of these schools and so you may know these people as part of your parents/neighbour community.

Impossible to get a face to face consultation. Very much wait and see if it clears up attitude. However, Nurses are good and reception staff as helpful as they can be given there are never any appointments available

Ive never written a review before, however, I just wanted to say that my experience with the old dairy health centre has been incredible. All the staff are lovely, and the doctors and nurses are super qualified and respond to all queries quickly and with urgency. Ive faced some nightmare doctors in my time, so Im very appreciative of the ODHC.

A joke...waited 30 mins to be seen, they had no estimate of how long the wait would be so i went. Received a txt from them in caps shortly after stating 'DID NOT WAIT TO BE SEEN'. Sadly i did...30 mins...so couldnt even get that right. I, like most of us have work and home commitments where time is precious. If you cant cope, dont book volumes you cant accomodate, simples. Easy to see why they only have a 2/5 rating
