Nelly's Nursery Turney Road, Dulwich

A lovely nurturing environment, the staff really know the children. Both my daughters have been very happy and thrived there, developing strong relationships with their key workers. Nellys is good at updating parents both via their online Tapestry website and informally at the nursery door. During visits to the nursery (pre Covid) the rooms are busy, active places with children engaged in a variety of activities. They work to follow the childrens interests and prompting them to try new things.

We love it here. The staff dont appear to have changed at all in the 18 months we have been here. All staff are attentive, know all our names and have time to talk every morning and evening so we know exactly what our child has done that day; play, eating, sleep etc. Each child has a key worker who stays assigned to the child and is like a third parent. They really try to involve us in our childs life at nursery and upload photos / daily routines. They always answer the phone and have time to discuss any issues we may have. During the pandemic they were amazing to parents and froze our fees until we felt it was safe to return. Absolutely amazing service. Health and safety in the nursery is strict but brilliant to keep our kids safe.
