Co-op Food - West Norwood

Im so utterly shocked and disappointed at the lack of attention that goes into someones order. Co op West Norwood definitely have a problem with reading simple instructions. Whats the point in putting a place for instructions if no one is going to read it or ignore it?! Just very careless. I clearly said cancel entire order if any of my items werent available. I ordered 2 big bags of the Jalapeo Cheese walkers crisps and what I got was 8 small packets of the punchy paprika crisps. I phoned the Co op and asked the lady who I spoke to on the phone if they had the Jalapeo crisps in stock she said no. So they new my item wasnt in stock and proceeded to give me another flavour of crisps despite my instruction to cancel the entire order. This hasnt just happened once, its happened quite a few times. I think I just need to order from Sainsburys alone as they always get their orders right. Ill be visiting the Co op shortly and will report back soon with an update.

Paul the manager on Sunday 13th August 2022 was absolutely fabulous. Stock knowledge, local knowledge and in the heat.i could not ask for more. I had only visiting but will visit again. Because help is what you need when you are not bothered and wishing you we're not here.
