I hired a a studio at Park Mews with my business partner between lockdowns for a couple of months and I have to say it was great. 100% would hire a space here again. The right precautions were taken in regards to covid restrictions, well organised, great access hours, and safe. We were even allowed to work off our fees as due to covid we couldnt afford to stay as long as we wanted, so doing small jobs like painting or a bit of gardening was actually welcomed and enjoyed and gave us the opportunity to keep our studio space longer than we thought we could afford.

I have been at Studio Green for a number of years. I have changed spaces a number of times. I have found the curator to be very helpful in accomadating my changing demands. The atmosphere has been pleasant and relaxed. I would reccomend it to anyone who needs a flexible workspace.

I have a very bad experience with this place. 'The curator' was months late on preparing/completing my space and repeatedly pushed back the date offering various extravagant excuses for the lateness. He even tried to cancel the handover on the day of handover when I had already loaded up a hired van with all my equipment ready to move in. This sparked tension between 'the curator' and I because I maintained that I needed to move that particular day and could not wait any longer and therefore he would need to make the journey in to provide me access to the studio. 'The curator' eventually cancelled anyway. When I eventually got the space 'handed over' it was only partially complete and to a very low standard of workmanship i.e. finishes were as scrappy to say the least, the 'sound proof roof' was far from sound proof and the space was smaller than originally discussed. From day one of my move there we was friction between the curator and I. It seemed like he had a vendetta against me for the previous run-in regarding the handover. Over the following months he repeatedly spied on my room-mates and I and proceeded to send us angry texts, which became more aggressive and more threatening as time passed. My room mates and I eventually were convinced that 'the curator' wanted us out and was seeking an excuse to terminate our contract [a six month contract I must add]. Eventually after spying on us late one afternoon [listening through the 'sound proof walls' and spying through a small window he had installed to allow him to spy on occupants] he kicked up a storm when he claims to have seen a friend of mine rolling a joint in my studio space. He also claims he heard me encouraging this through 'sound proof walls'. 'The curator' through us out of the studio and cancelled our contract with immediate effect. He kept all the outstanding money for the remains 3 months of contract, membership fee, etc and threatened us with additional costs if we contacted him again. If you are looking for a relaxed, creative space to work, make art or music then avoid this place. This is an evil 'paradise'. There is little or no community in the place and 'the curator' is an irrational, spiteful, totalitarian, hypocrite who makes up rules as he goes along, even if they contradict his own actions. Don't make the same mistake we did, this man is a conman.

Ive been a member at Studio Green for two years now and I am more than happy and would recommend it to anyone. The studio is situated in a number of railway arches and so has a lot of character compared to most studios I've seen in London. There is also a friendly and relaxed atmosphere among the other members and the manager. The flexibility of moving from space to space within the studio as my work evolves and I pursue new projects with different spatial requirements has been particularly handy. When you join here you agree to not use any harmful substances and to adhere to fairly strict health and safety/environmental rules. This suits me as it ensures I work in a clean and safe environment and I have never struggled to adhere to them but just bear that in mind when joining.
