Toropro Air Conditioning Ltd

I called Toropro for a plumbing problem, to remove and cap a leaking radiator. The plumber turned up on time but refused to do the job, he said as the boiler was partly corroded and dripping water at a water pipe joint, he would not do the emergency job requested. He kept on stating that he should be reporting the boiler to the gas safety regulator. The plumber was condescending and bordering on being rude, not even giving be any solutions to resolve any issues with the boiler. He called his office to try to make the job chargeable anyway. I felt he was trying to procure the payment under duress, he then left the property. I called the office and after explaining the encounter they confirmed it would not be charged, they were polite. I called another plumber and they removed the radiator within 35 minutes and plans are in place to replace the boiler. Sadly I would not recommend Toropro for plumbing services.

Was let down by our customers engineers, so used these guys to replace a condenser unit in our customers machine. The response was quick, the service was efficient. So impressive our customer now wants to use them !!!!

As a hospitality business, weve used Toropro many times. From topping the refrigerant in commercial fridge/freezer, replacing cooling unit to installing new refrigeration unit in our beer cellar. Always on time, quick and flexible when super urgent, leaving perfect and spotless job. Highly recommend!
