Just be aware, the 2 for 1 offer they've always had since opening seems to have disappeared, so while the place itself and the food is fine, it's now quite expensive for what it is.

Service was good upon arrival. This tailored off as we started the ordering process. There was a long wait between ordering our drinks and then taking the food order. We ordered two chicken tikka dishes with chips. Food was ok. Could have been hotter. Chips not the best, but Im fussy about chips. My son didnt like them. The tikka was really tasty. My son had an ice cream dessert like a knickerbocker glory, cant recall the name of it. It was huge. He loved it. I will go again as it served a purpose. Quick and reasonably priced. It is what it is. Its not fine dining. I wouldnt venture here for a Sunday roast but a cheap curry will maybe tempt us back.

The pub is dog friendly inside which is really great for us. The food is lovely and a good price. The pub itself is really spacious and not claustrophobic like most are. The bear garden is beautiful and theres plenty of parking. There is even a play area for children

Easy to book table on website. Great friendly welcome. Good choice of food at affordable prices. Food a drinks were served in a timely manner. Food was hot and well presented. great to visit again we will be back. Well done to Tom and the team.
