        I have a personal training session weekly and it is not only great fun but it is helping me immensely. I have always been a couch potato but really look forward to going to my session. I would recommend it to anyone.

        Awesome! so much fun, we are all like big kids running round a playground, oh and how we laugh, only class ive ever kept to, wish i had time to attend another one in the week.

        Go to the Tuesday evening class at Thurlby and Thursday at Essendine. Hard work but feel so good after. Highly recommended.

        Have attended each class all but prime time,also attend a 1 to 1 session each week.The classes are great fun and full of everyday people who I have found all very friendly so don't be nervous of trying something new!The 1 to 1 sessions are fab completely geared to your own personal needs and with Amanda's full attention you can't go wrong!
