Super easy to deal with all at Euro Motors. Shane was an absolute pleasure, no hard sell & was so accommodating with my situation. Nothing was too much trouble for Shane. Absolutely love our new vehicle Wasnt looking forward to the 6 + hours round trip but all was made so much more pleasurable to be treated with the utmost respect. I was unfortunate enough to buy a car from this outfit in April 2022. The vehicle was not as advertised which I did not realise until after the transaction of the balance had been made. The vehicle was missing a key feature (which had been advertised as a fitted extra on the vendors website). Under the consumer rights act 2015, the vendor (Euro Motor Company) had broken the law, as they have an obligation to ensure the goods are as described. Despite the contract detailing my rights as a consumer should this event occur (section 14, revision date 08/04/22), the manager, Jeff Roberts was not willing to apply his own terms and conditions. I spoke to him over the phone a few times to explain my rights but he disagreed, saying I had signed something to say Id accepted the vehicle as is at the point of purchase (which was a lie). I wrote a letter to Jeff stating my rights and what I expected him to do. This letter was not even acknowledged. I ended up having to fall back on section 75 of my credit card company to resolve the situation, which took almost a year and a lot of paperwork, phone calls and undue stress. In summary, BUYER BEWARE, the manager and, therefore, I suspect the rest of the salesman, do not understand the laws of trading in the UK and are willing to lie and twist the truth in any way they can to get away with breaking the law. They either do not understand the terms and conditions in their contracts or they are simply fraudsters. Do not buy a car from Euro Motor Company.

So, I wanted a specific car for my daughter & her ever expanding family & spotted one at Euro Motor Co as a part exchange. My daughter & I pootled along & were created by Shane, who explained what the deal was when buying one or their part exchange vehicles. He explained everything in plain simple English & nothing was left out. We went out on a lengthy test drive & everything seemed fine & so we purchased the vehicle. We were aware that the car needed a pair of front tyres & so the day after collecting the car I took it & had a pair of tyres fitted & the tracking done. The car has now covered around 1500 miles since purchasing & hasnt put a foot wrong. I, my daughter & her partner are highly delighted. So ask yourself this simple question: if this company & Shane in particular treat us with the respect that they did when buying a part exchange car, why wouldnt you buy your next car from this place. Well the answer is: the next time I want another vehicle Im going to looking at the stock list at Euro Motor Co. Thanks for a very pleasant experience - Shane in particular.
