        I love Amanda's Pilates classes. It must be nearly 10 years that I've been attending, so that says a lot! Amanda is a great teacher and creates excellent classes. She's really friendly and professional in all that she does.

        Absolutely love Amandas Pilates classes - she is such a great teacher, combining huge knowledge and such warmth and wit, that I end up smiling throughout the class despite working very hard!! I am also lucky enough to have had kinesiology treatments with Amanda, again a fantastic therapist, very thorough and huge empathy and always leave feeling refreshed, balanced and energised. Would highly recommend!

        Amanda is an excellent teacher, she is caring & knowledgeable. She always takes the time to understand what each person is capable of and is constantly checking that we are doing things correctly. Over the years ive been to many Pilates classes and non were upto the standard until i visited Ocean Wellness.
