Every step of the way Your Van Service were incredibly helpful, right from 1st enquiry to moving day. The whole process was smooth, they answered any questions I had super promptly and politely no matter how silly my questions were. I had contact with 3 members of staff and all three were outstanding. (Sammy, Donna and the other removals man who's name I forget...sorry!) All three were an absolute dream to deal with and are a credit to Your Van Service. Moving day went without a hitch. The guys worked so hard to clear the old house quickly and move us in the other end quickly. Nothing was too much trouble even when I had changed my mind about the location of a couple of bits of furniture. No breakages, no damage to new or old decor either and floors were completely protected in my new home. Cannot recommend enough, pricing was incredibly fair given the distance and amount of furniture. In the nicest possible way, I hope to never have to use them again, but if I were to move, they would be my first point of call every time! Thanks so much team! All the best!
