Christies Care Welwyn & Bishop's Stortford

Walfinch has been looking after my Mum for over a year now. My mum has advanced dementia and can be very challenging at times. The cares are always gentle and kind and have a great understanding of her care needs, even though she is non verbal. Their care of my mum gives myself and my family great peace of mind. I would recommend them as we are very satisfied with the care they provide for Mum.

Generally very good Timing sometimes can be erratic but overall Walfinch doing a good job.

Walfinch provide an excellent service for my Dad. He has felt very comfortable and at ease with his carer. He always looks forward to their visit and they are very thorough and very caring in their approach.

The care my mother receives is second to none. She has dementia & pretty much house bound. She constantly tells me how her carers work very hard looking after her. They text or call me with any problems or concerns which makes us feel reassured as communication is key. My partner has worked in the care sector for 25 years is very happy with the care my mother is being given.

Walfinch have provided an excellent level of care for my mother-in-law for over a year. Their carers are very thoughtful and empathetic, and always make the effort to ensure my mother-in-law is very well cared for. It is with there support and care that she has been able to remain at home.
