        I bought a set of 4 ferrules last September and a week ago had 2 fitted to my crutches. In a week both are braking down. I have pictures if anyone wants to see them. I couldn't find a way of complaining to the company hence this review

        Have just spoken with William at this company. What a wonderful chap. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend this Company to anybody who values courtesy and old-fashioned standards with modern day technologies. Happy with the price & happy with the service. If ever, I need anything on this line again this is the company I will use.
