Stock Construction did our loft conversion just as we headed on to winter last year. From start to finish Lance made the process really straight forward, and the guys on site were polite, approachable and very hard working. They were Covid aware, and we felt safe throughout the works. The conversion was completed in 4 weeks, and we are really pleased with the end result; we now have a lovely master bedroom and en suite, allowing us to turn a box room in to a study, which is ideal for working from home.

We used Stock Construction to get our first floor totally renovated. We updated two bathrooms and two bedrooms. We also got them to redo our flat roof on the extension and got a roof lantern installed. I have used builders many times, but this must be the only time I have not fallen out with them over the job not done on time, or being charged lots of extras at the end. Lance was amazing. No job was too much for him. Anything we asked he just did it. My husband wanted all the outside walls insulated and floors sound insulated which were done to our satisfaction. The soffits we thought needed replacing but Lance looked at them and said they were in good condition and didnt need replacing, He never tried to make money by adding additional work, which he could easily have done. A principled and honest builder. His workers were amazing too. Carl was in charge when they started, he was polite, well mannered, tidy, punctual and always ready to help. I cannot fault any of the team, the Plumber, the electrician, the tiller etc. I highly recommend them if anyone is thinking of getting any building work done. Keep up the good work boys and stay safe.
