Unethical behaviour. I was offered a position at Clarion in June 2018. We agreed a start date in September 2018, as I was due to have minor surgery before then. With very short notice before my start date, the company withdrew their job offer. Legally speaking this is grey zone if an employer can do this, however I would expect a company such as Clarion, whose core principles are centred around supporting those with disabilities to act honourably and to reasonably accommodate an employee in position such as mine. It would have been nice if the managers had had the courtesy to call, over withdrawing their offer via email.

I work for Clarion Interpreting and it is a wonderful company. There is a genuine drive to help people and go that bit further to provide the best possible service we can. The team is v friendly and some of the hardest working people I have ever met.
