She put my at my ease and didnt make me feel embarrassed about my lack of knowledge about make up, kit or application. She taught me how to do a simple, every day make up that suited me and followed up with a detailed, step-by-step emailed guide after with the make up she recommended that would suit my skin tone and desired look.
